MENUS Chef Hermann Aschaber has blended some of his home favourites such as schnitzel and strudel, with the rich Scottish larder of quality produce to provide a menu which appeals to all discerning palates. Where possible, Hermann uses local Scottish suppliers and concentrates on quality and flavour in all his menus. The restaurant has also held many successful wine tasting evenings where Hermann will produce a menu and match each course with a different wine.
